Business forum “Tajikistan-Tatarstan”
On April 3, 2025, a business forum titled “Tajikistan-Tatarstan” was held at the Training Center of the National Bank of Tajikistan in the city of Guliston.
The forum was attended by the Chairman of the Sughd region, Rajabboy Ahmadzoda, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation, Rustam Minnikhanov, the heads of manufacturing companies from both sides and business circles, as well as the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “Sughd,” Muhammadzoda Muhammad Sultan. During his speech, Chairman Rajabboy Ahmadzoda noted that the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, esteemed Emomali Rahmon, and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan consistently give special attention to the development of entrepreneurship and industry, which are some of the key sectors of the country.
Following the forum, the parties expressed their willingness to discuss the prospects for cooperation in increasing the export of fresh products from Tajikistan to Tatarstan, implementing new projects, and building industrial enterprises.
Additionally, after the forum, the delegation from the Republic of Tatarstan visited the Arbob Palace and the Khujand Fortress, where products from the entities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “Sughd,” including LLC “KF Fortuna Co,” LLC “KM TT Silkcoat Boya,” LLC “Sayr Sughd,” and LLC “Star Plast,” were displayed.
