MEETING TO SUMMARIZE THE 2025 PERFORMANCE OF THE FEZ “SUGHD” ADMINISTRATION AND SET TASKS FOR 2026

 

On January 20, 2026, a working meeting was held at the conference hall of the FEZ “Sughd” Administration under the chairmanship of the Head of the Administration, Muhammad Muhamadzoda Sultan. The meeting focused on summarizing the results of the Administration’s and FEZ “Sughd” residents’ activities in 2025, as well as setting objectives for 2026.

The meeting was attended by the Deputy Heads of the Administration, heads of departments and divisions, as well as directors and chief accountants of the Zone’s resident companies.

The session was opened with introductory remarks by the Head of the FEZ “Sughd” Administration, Muhammad M. S. A detailed report on the 2025 performance results was delivered in presentation format by the First Deputy Head of the Administration, Nasimjon Abdughanievich Hakimov.

Muhamadzoda M.S. assigned specific tasks to the participants in line with the instructions and directives of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, particularly regarding the country’s industrialization policy and the special attention given to entrepreneurship and the creation of new jobs, as outlined in his annual Address delivered on December 16, 2025.

At the same time, the Head of the Administration positively assessed the activities of the FEZ “Sughd” Administration and its resident entities in 2025. He issued instructions aimed at further improving efficiency, enhancing infrastructure conditions, increasing the number of new jobs, ensuring timely payment for electricity and land lease fees, raising the average wages of employees, installing solar panels at enterprises, organizing community clean-up days within the Zone, planting evergreen trees and seasonal flowers on company premises, and continuing the construction of pedestrian pathways along the main roads of the Zone.

In conclusion, the Administration’s leadership provided additional guidance and recommendations to further intensify production and export activities and to attract both domestic and foreign investment.
