On June 18, 2026, within the framework of the International Trade and Investment Forum “Sughd-2026”, a delegation of representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, headed by Ms. Marina Yuryevna Ogoleva, Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tajikistan, visited the Free Economic Zone “Sughd”.
 
The guests were received by the Management of the FEZ “Sughd”, who introduced them to the activities of the zone, as well as its advantages and incentives. Detailed information was presented through a presentation by Ms. Sh. R. Fayzulloeva, Leading Specialist of the Department of Legal Support, Human Resources and Special Affairs.
 
The delegation then visited Asiapoliteks LLC, a resident enterprise of FEZ “Sughd”. During the visit, the guests highly appreciated the quality of the products manufactured by the company.

On June 17, 2026, a group of entrepreneurs from the Kyrgyz Republic visited the Administration of the Sughd Free Economic Zone (FEZ) to familiarize themselves with its activities and explore opportunities for cooperation.
 
The foreign investors were welcomed by Mr. Muhammadzoda Muhammad Sulton, Head of the Administration of the Sughd FEZ, who received the guests at the Administration’s entrance and provided detailed information about the zone’s activities, as well as its advantages and incentives.
 
Afterwards, the guests visited several enterprises operating as residents of the Sughd FEZ, including Asia Polytex LLC, Archa-Mebel Joint Venture LLC, and Fortuna-Co LLC.

On June 16, 2026, a new resident company, Limited Liability Company “Sughd Decor”, was registered with the Administration of the Sughd Free Economic Zone.
 
In the presence of the Administration staff, Mr. Muhammadzoda Muhammad Sulton, Head of the Administration of the Sughd Free Economic Zone, presented the FEZ “Sughd” Resident Status Certificate to Mr. Alisher Narzulloev, Director of the company.
 
It should be noted that LLC “Sughd Decor” was established by domestic entrepreneur Mr. Alisher Narzulloev. The company’s future activities will be focused on the production of plywood and wooden products.
 
At the conclusion of the meeting, Mr. Muhammadzoda Muhammad Sulton wished the head of the newly established enterprise every success and outstanding achievements in launching and developing the production activities of the company.

Under the leadership of the Administration of the Sughd Free Economic Zone, a regular collective clean-up campaign was organized on 13 June 2026 with the aim of maintaining cleanliness and order within the territory of the Sughd FEZ, protecting the environment, and thereby contributing to the health and well-being of citizens.
The event saw the active participation of the staff of the Sughd FEZ Administration, as well as managers and representatives of the FEZ resident companies, who made a significant contribution to the improvement of the area through landscaping, greening activities, and cleaning of the surrounding environment.

On June 12, 2026, representatives of the Alabuga Special Economic Zone of the Republic of Tatarstan, headed by Ms. Amina Ramilevna Gibadullina, visited the Administration of the Sughd Free Economic Zone to familiarize themselves with its activities and to establish cooperation.
 
The Head of the Administration of the Sughd FEZ, Muhammadzoda Muhammad Sulton, welcomed the guests at the Administration’s conference hall and provided detailed information on the friendly relations between the two countries, as well as on the activities, advantages, and incentives offered by the zone.
 
In addition, Umeda Rahimova, Leading Specialist of the Department of International Relations and Investment Attraction of the Administration, delivered a presentation to the guests on the activities, advantages, and incentives of the zone.
 
During the meeting, the parties discussed the further expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation and the study of the experience of successful and advanced companies.
 
The visit and acquaintance with the guests took place in an atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding.

On June 6, 2026, a collective community clean-up event was organized in the Sughd Free Economic Zone (FEZ) as part of the preparations for the worthy celebration of the 35th Anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as to improve the appearance of the area and maintain the cleanliness of the FEZ’s territory and facilities.
 
Employees of the Sughd FEZ Administration, together with managers and representatives of FEZ resident enterprises, actively participated in the event. Each participant contributed to the beautification of the area and to ensuring its continuous cleanliness and proper maintenance.

On June 3, 2026, Mr. Jin Bin, a representative of Shanxi Chuanming Gongjuan LLC from the People’s Republic of China, visited the Administration of the Sughd Free Economic Zone (FEZ) to explore opportunities for cooperation and partnership.
 
The foreign investor was received by Mr. Muhammadzoda Muhammad Sulton, Head of the Administration of the Sughd FEZ, who provided detailed information about the zone’s activities, as well as its advantages and incentives during a meeting held at the Administration.
 
During the bilateral meeting, it was noted that the company specializes in the production of metal structures and steel constructions. Taking into account the existing incentives, the company representative expressed interest in establishing a representative office within the territory of the Sughd FEZ in the future.
 
At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides considered each other’s proposals acceptable and expressed their intention to develop cooperation in the future.

On May 21, 2026, the representative of “Hirbod Steel” company of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Dr. Abdollah Hamadi, visited FEZ “Sughd” to become acquainted with the activities of the zone.
 
The distinguished guest was warmly welcomed at the Administration’s meeting hall by the Head of FEZ “Sughd” Administration, Muhammadzoda Muhammad Sulton, who provided information about the activities, advantages, and incentives of the free economic zone.
 
At the same time, the representative of the foreign company, which is engaged in the production of construction materials such as reinforcing bars and metal profiles, presented information about the company’s activities. Considering the favorable investment opportunities in FEZ “Sughd,” Dr. Abdollah Hamadi expressed his intention to establish a representative office of his company in FEZ “Sughd” in the future.
 
At the end of the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to further strengthen economic relations.

On May 19, 2026, a delegation of the Czech Republic headed by Mr. Vaclav Zemek, Director of the Department of Mineral Resources of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, visited the FEZ “Sughd”.
 
The delegation was warmly welcomed at the entrance of FEZ “Sughd” by Muhammadzoda Muhammad Sulton, Head of the Administration of FEZ “Sughd”, who provided detailed information about the activities, advantages, and incentives of the zone.
 
Afterwards, the guests visited the enterprises operating within FEZ “Sughd”, including LLC “Sayr Sughd” and LLC JV TT “Tajprof”. During the visit, the delegation of entrepreneurs from the Czech Republic held discussions with the management of the FEZ “Sughd” entities and highly appreciated the quality of the manufactured products.

On May 18, 2026, representatives of an industrial and investment company from the People’s Republic of China, headed by the company representative Mr. Ling Fei, visited the Administration of FEZ “Sughd”.
 
The guests were warmly welcomed by the First Deputy Head of the Administration, Mr. Nasimjon Abdughanievich Hakimov.
 
During the bilateral meeting, it was noted that in the future the company plans to establish an enterprise within the territory of FEZ “Sughd” engaged in coal processing and the production of coal briquettes from coal powder.
 
The parties also considered each other’s proposals and initiatives acceptable and expressed their readiness for cooperation in the near future.
