On May 4, 2026, the Head of the Administration of FEZ “Sughd”, Muhammadzoda M.S., participated in and delivered a speech at a virtual meeting aimed at presenting the opportunities of FEZ “Sughd” to a wide range of investors and entrepreneurs of the Republic of Turkey. The event was organized in cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in Turkey and the Tajikistan–Turkey Trade Council.
During his speech, the Head of the Administration highly appreciated the activities of joint Tajik-Turkish entities operating in FEZ “Sughd” and also emphasized the significant role of investors from the Republic of Turkey in the development of FEZ “Sughd”
On April 29, 2026, a new resident entity named LLC “Ma’rufi Sughd” was registered at the Administration of the FEZ “Sughd.” The Head of the FEZ “Sughd” Administration, Muhammadзода Muhammad Sulton, in the presence of the Administration staff, presented the certificate of FEZ “Sughd” resident status to the company’s director, Mirzosharirov Mirzoshari.
It should be noted that LLC “Ma’rufi Sughd” was established by a domestic entrepreneur, Mirzosharirov Ma’rufjon, and the company’s future activities will be focused on the production of plastic and metal products.
At the end of the ceremony, the Head of the FEZ “Sughd” Administration, Muhammadзода M.S., expressed his best wishes for success and prosperity to the company’s director in establishing the new enterprise.
On March 19, 2026, a delegation of representatives of the Voronezh Region of the Russian Federation, headed by the First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Voronezh Region of the Russian Federation, Danil Kustov, visited the FEZ “Sughd”.
The delegation was received by the Head of the Administration of FEZ “Sughd”, Muhammadzoda Muhammad Sulton, in the administration conference hall, where detailed information was provided on the activities, as well as the advantages and benefits of the zone.
After that, the guests visited the facilities of the FEZ “Sughd” resident companies, including: LLC “Asiapolitex”, LLC JV “Fortuna-Co”, LLC “Donai Almos”, LLC “Sayr Sughd” and LLC JV TT “Afrang Plastik”.
At the end of the visit, the parties expressed their readiness to further strengthen economic cooperation.
On March 24, 2026, at the Administration of the Free Economic Zone “Sughd”, the staff of the Administration and the entities of FEZ “Sughd” solemnly celebrated the International Holiday of Navruz.
On the occasion of this ancient festival, a festive event was held in the courtyard of the Administration building, where the Head of the Administration of FEZ “Sughd”, Muhammadzoda Muhammad Sulton, delivered a congratulatory speech and extended his greetings on the International Holiday of Navruz.
As part of the праздничная программа (fix: As part of the festive program), an exhibition of national dishes, achievements of folk crafts, and cultural corners was organized. It was also emphasized that Navruz, as a valuable cultural heritage, promotes unity and mutual understanding, diligence and creativity, as well as the revival of national values.
In addition, a cultural program presented by students of the Institute of Industry and Services made the festive atmosphere even warmer and more sincere.
On March 14, 2025, a delegation of entrepreneurs from Khatlon Province visited the Free Economic Zone “Sughd”.
The delegation was received by the Head of the Administration of the FEZ “Sughd”, Muhammadzoda Muhammad Sulton. During the visit, the guests were introduced to the activities of the FEZ “Sughd” residents, including: LLC JV “Afrang Plastic”, LLC “Sayr Sughd”, and LLC JV “Fortuna-Co”.
On March 13, 2026, entrepreneurs from the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra of the Russian Federation visited the Free Economic Zone “Sughd”, led by Mr. Takhir Bakhridinovich Kuldashev, Chairman of the Expert Council on Mining and Metallurgy of the “Business Center for Economic Development of the CIS”, to familiarize themselves with the activities of the FEZ “Sughd”.
The delegation was warmly welcomed at the entrance to the FEZ “Sughd” by the Head of the Administration of FEZ “Sughd”, Muhammad Sulton Muhammadzoda, who provided the guests with detailed information about the activities of the zone, as well as its benefits and incentives.
At the same time, the Administration of FEZ “Sughd” introduced the entrepreneurs to the activities of the zone’s resident companies, including: Fortuna-Ko JV LLC, Archa-Mebel JV LLC, Real LLC, and Star Plast LLC. After visiting the production facilities and holding meetings with the management of the enterprises, the delegation expressed interest in developing cooperation in the future.
On February 26, 2026, a new resident company, LLC “Thermodynamika Sughd”, was registered at the Administration of the Free Economic Zone “Sughd”. In a ceremonial atmosphere, the Head of the Administration of FEZ “Sughd”, Muhammad Sulton Muhammadzoda, presented the Resident Certificate of FEZ “Sughd” to the head of the company, Muhammadi Esonovich Khujamkulov.
The company is being established by domestic investors with an investment of 500,000 (five hundred thousand) US dollars. The main activity of the enterprise is the production of refrigerators and refrigeration equipment, and in the future also the production of construction materials.
The implementation of this project will contribute to the development of industrial production in FEZ “Sughd”, the creation of new jobs, and the increase in the production of competitive products.
At the end of the ceremony, the Head of the Administration of FEZ “Sughd”, Muhammad Sulton Muhammadzoda, wished success to the head of LLC “Thermodynamika Sughd” and gave instructions to accelerate the construction works.
On February 23, 2026, the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Farhodshoh Rahmonalizoda, paid a visit to the Free Economic Zone “Sughd” for an ознакомление visit.
The distinguished guest was welcomed at the entrance of the FEZ “Sughd” by the Head of the Administration of FEZ “Sughd”, Muhammad Sulton Muhammadzoda, who also introduced him to the new Administration building.
Afterwards, the guests visited several enterprises operating as subjects of FEZ “Sughd”, including: LLC “Asiapolitex”, LLC JV “Fortuna-Ko”, LLC JV TT “Archa Mebel”, and LLC JV TT “Afrang Plastik”.
During the visit, the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mr. Farhodshoh Rahmonalizoda, highly appreciated the quality of the products manufactured by the subjects of FEZ “Sughd” and provided recommendations and suggestions to the management of the enterprises for further expansion of their activities.
On February 10, 2026, during a press conference held at the Administration of SEZ “Sughd”, a new entity named LLC “Rayan” was officially registered. The Head of the Administration of SEZ “Sughd”, Muhammadzoда Muhammad Sulton, in the presence of media representatives, presented the Certificate of SEZ “Sughd” entity status to the Director of the company, Amirjon Tojiboev.
It should be noted that LLC “Rayan” was established by a domestic entrepreneur, Maftuna Salohidinovna Isomuddinova. The company’s future activities will be focused on the production of soft drinks, as well as the processing and canning of fruits and vegetables.
At the end of the ceremony, the Head of the Administration of SEZ “Sughd”, Muhammadzoда M.S., wished the company’s Director success and achievements in establishing the new enterprise.
