On October 28, 2022, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan in the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Toshihiro Aiki together with the representatives of this embassy visited the FEZ “Sughd”.
The head of the Administration of the FEZ “Sughd” Kamoliddinzoda Ilyosiddin introduced the guests to the activities, conditions and possibilities of the FEZ “Sughd”.
Then the guests visited OJS “Ariana Metal Plast” and LLC “Fortuna-Co”.
On October 11, 2022, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Imran Haider together with the trade representative of Pakistan in the Tajikistan Mr. Malik Abul Majid visited the FEZ “Sughd”. The first deputy Head of the Administration of the FEZ “Sughd” Zikryozoda Suhrob introduced the guests to the activities, conditions and opportunities of the FEZ “Sughd”.
Then the guests visited OJS “Ariana Metal Plast”, LLC “Fartuna-Co”, LLC JV TT “Archa Mebel” and LLC JV TT “Silcoat-Boya”.
On September 20-21 of this year, in the administration of the FEZ “Sugd”, was held a vebinar seminar on the training program developed by the international expert of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Andreev A. with the participation of the associations of clusters, techno parks and SEZ of Russia and the Institute of Economic Knowledge, in which participated employees of the Division of the International Relations and attraction Investment and the Information Division.
On September 16, 2022 the Business forum of entrepreneurs of the Sughd province of the Republic of Tajikistan and the regions of the Russian Federation was held in the city of Khujand.
In this Forum, took part the entrepreneurs from the Sughd province and entrepreneurs group of Russia, as wel as representatives of the Administration of the FEZ “Sughd” headed by the head of Kamoliddinzoda I. J.
The forum was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Sughd province Mr. Anvara Yakubi, Head of the Department for Investments and State Property Management of the Sughd province Mr. Sharifjon Akhmedov, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Mr. Dmitry Volvach, Vice President of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Dmitry Kurochkin and President of the Central Siberian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Rafael Shageev.
Within the framework of the Forum, was held an exhibition, where goods and products of business representatives of the Sughd province were presented, and were organized the stands for the Central Siberian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Lipetsk region.
On September 15, 2022, the Tajik-Russian investment forum was held in Dushanbe, which was attended by representatives of the administration of the FEZ “Sughd” headed by Kamoliddinzoda Ilyosiddin Jamoliddin.
Within the framework of the forum, a meeting was held with business representatives of the Russian Federation in the B2B format.
As a result of the forum, the Administration of the FEZ “Sughd” represented by the Head of this Administration Mr. Kamoliddinzoda I. J. and the LLC “Osminozhka” represented by the General Director Shraibman M. B. for the development of Tajik-Russian economic relations in the interests of both parties, guided by development goals business ties and mutually beneficial cooperation between the FEZ “Sughd” and LLC “Osminozhka” was signed a memorandum.
According to the program of the Executive body of the state power of the Sughd province, on September 8, 2022, in the Palace of Culture named after Abu Abdullahi Rudaki was held the Business forum of entrepreneurs of the Sughd province and Fergana province of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The chairman of the region, Mr. Rajabboy Ahmadzoda, opened the forum and welcomed the guests and informed them about the priority areas of the province’s economic spheres. At the same time, they noted that in order to expand trade and economic relations, entrepreneurs of the two sides should strengthen cooperation.
The representatives of the FEZ “Sughd” also took an active part in the forum, and the first deputy head of FEZ “Sughd” Mr. Zikriyozoda Suhrob was informed about the planned activities and privileges in FEZ “Sughd” in the form of PPT. Also, at the exhibition of the forum the goods and products produced by the subjects of the SEZ “Sugd” were put on display for the participants.
On September 9, the forum had been continuing, negotiations were held between entrepreneurs of the Sughd province and Fergana province of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and was signed a memorandum of understanding between the FEZ “Sughd” and the FEZ “Kokand” of the Ferghana province that for expansion of trade and economic cooperation and attraction of investments will be supported.
Within the framework of this event, representatives of the administration of the FEZ “Sughd” held negotiations with the entrepreneurs of the Republic of Korea on the establishment of commercial and economic cooperation.
Also, on 5 September, 2022, representatives of the administration of FEZ “Sughd” participated in the business conference of entrepreneurs of the Republic of Tajikistan and entrepreneurs of the city of Konya, Republic of Turkey, and held negotiations with the entrepreneurs of this city in the field of machine building, shoes production and textile industry.
On August 31, 2022, within the framework of the project “Business Apprenticeship Program in rural areas of Sughd province” a meeting of the First Deputy Head of the State Institution of FEZ “Sughd” with entrepreneurs of Sughd province was held.
Zikriyozoda Suhrob introduced the entrepreneurs with the activity, conditions and opportunities of the FEZ “Sughd”.
At the same time, the entrepreneurs visited the activities of LLC “Fortuna-Co” and LLC TT “Archa Mebel”.
On August 29, 2022, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea in the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Kwon Dong Sok together with the representatives of this embassy visited the FEZ “Sughd”.
The first deputy Head of the administration FEZ “Sughd” Zikriyozoda Suhrob introduced guests with the activity, conditions and possibilities of the FEZ “Sughd”.
In the framework of this meeting, the guests visited the activities of LLC TT “Archa Mebel”, LLC “Fartuna-Co”, LLC “Ariana Metal Plast” and LLC “Silcoat-Boya”.
