Visit of “Yangzhou Bright Solar Solutions” from the People’s Republic of China to the Administration of the Sughd Free Economic Zone

On September 29, 2025, representatives of “Yangzhou Bright Solar Solutions” from the People’s Republic of China visited the Administration of the Sughd Free Economic Zone (FEZ) to explore investment opportunities.

The guests were warmly welcomed by the Head of the Sughd FEZ Administration, Mr. Muhammadzoda M.S., who provided detailed information on the zone’s operations, incentives, and advantages.

Mr. Frank Liang presented information about his company, which specializes in the production of solar panels, and expressed interest in future cooperation with the Administration and residents of the Sughd FEZ.

Accordingly, on September 30, 2025, a presentation of the company was held at the Sughd FEZ Administration building for the leaders and representatives of the zone’s resident companies.

Chinese entrepreneur Mr. Frank Liang elaborated on the company’s activities, stating that it supplies a wide range of solar energy systems, battery energy storage systems (BESS), solar and lithium batteries, solar panels, energy storage containers, inverters, controllers, solar water pumps, and solar street lights.

He also noted that the company’s products are successfully exported to 159 countries and regions worldwide, and it aims to establish long-term partnerships by offering competitive prices to all clients and special pricing for regular partners.

At the end of the meeting, company representatives answered participants’ questions and discussed potential areas of cooperation.

Visit of the Chairman of the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan, Rahimzoda Sulton Nurmahmadpur, to the FEZ “Sughd”

On September 27, 2025, the Chairman of the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan, Rahimzoda Sulton Nurmahmadpur, together with the Head of the Department of Investment and State Property Management of Sughd Region, Sharifjon Akhmedov, visited the FEZ “Sughd.”

The Deputy Head of FEZ “Sughd,” N.A. Hakimov, warmly welcomed the guests at the entrance and provided them with information about the activities of the administration and the progress of construction within the FEZ “Sughd.”

The guests then visited several enterprises operating in the FEZ “Sughd,” including LLC “Asiapolitex,” LLC KM TT “Archa-Mebel,” and LLC “Donai Almos,” where they held discussions with company representatives regarding the production process.

In addition, the guests became acquainted with the ongoing construction works of LLC “Sayr Sughd” and the new building of the FEZ “Sughd” Administration.

PARTICIPATION OF FEZ “SUGHD” ADMINISTRATION REPRESENTATIVES IN THE FIRST “MOZI KORGOH” FORUM ON COOPERATION BETWEEN INDUSTRY AND UNIVERSITIES

On September 25, 2025, the First “Mozi Korgoh” Forum on cooperation between industry and universities was held at the Institute of Economics and Trade of TSUoL.

The forum was attended by representatives of the Administration of FEZ “Sughd” — Mr. Halimboyzoda O., Chief Specialist of the Department of International Relations and Investment Attraction, and Ms. Umida Rahimova, Leading Specialist of the Department.

The event also featured speeches by the Deputy Chairman of Sughd Region, Mr. Jurazoda Jamshed Habibullo, the Secretary of the Communist Party Committee of the People’s Republic of China at Shenyang Pedagogical University, Professor Jiang Fengchun, as well as representatives of domestic and international universities and companies.

According to the forum’s program, Ms. Umida Rahimova, representing the Administration of FEZ “Sughd,” delivered a presentation providing participants with detailed information on the activities, incentives, and advantages of FEZ “Sughd.”

At the conclusion of the event, the representatives of the Administration of FEZ “Sughd” were awarded the International Certificate of Best Participant by the forum’s organizing committee.

VISIT OF A DELEGATION OF TOURISM REPRESENTATIVES FROM THE REPUBLIC OF TATARSTAN, RUSSIAN FEDERATION, TO FEZ “SUGHD”

On September 23, 2025, a delegation of representatives from the tourism sector of the Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation, visited the Administration of FEZ “Sughd.”

The Head of FEZ “Sughd,” Mr. Muhammadzoda M.S., warmly welcomed the guests at the entrance of the zone and provided them with information about the activities, advantages, and incentives of FEZ “Sughd.”

The guests then visited several enterprises operating within FEZ “Sughd,” including: LLC “Asiapolitex,” LLC “KF Fortuna-Ko,” LLC KM TT “Archa-Mebel,” LLC KM TT “Afrang Plastic,” and LLC “Sayyohi Sughd.” They held discussions with the management of these enterprises and asked questions regarding the production processes.

Organization of a Community Cleanup Day in FEZ “Sughd”

As a tradition, on September 20, 2025, a community cleanup day was organized in FEZ “Sughd” by the staff of the Administration and the resident enterprises. The Administration’s team, with a strong sense of patriotism, participated in the cleanup and cleared the area around the main Administration building from weeds.

It should also be noted that the leadership of FEZ “Sughd” will continue to organize such cleanup events in the future to maintain cleanliness and greenery within the zone’s territory.

PRESENTATION OF FEZ “SUGHD” AT THE INVESTMENT DEPARTMENT OF THE EXECUTIVE AUTHORITY OF SUGHD REGION DURING A MEETING WITH A DELEGATION OF ENTREPRENEURS FROM SWITZERLAND

On September 18, 2025, at the conference hall of the Investment Department of the Sughd Region Executive Authority, a meeting was held between representatives of the regional Investment Department, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Sughd Region, the Administration of FEZ “Sughd,” and enterprise leaders with a delegation of entrepreneurs from Switzerland.

According to the approved program, Ms. Rahimova U., Leading Specialist of the Department of International Relations and Attraction of Foreign Investments, delivered a presentation providing specific information about the activities, incentives, and advantages of FEZ “Sughd.”

During the meeting, the entrepreneurs from Switzerland engaged in a Q&A session with representatives of the Administration of FEZ “Sughd” and expressed their wish to visit the zone in order to learn more about its activities.

VISIT OF ENTREPRENEURS FROM THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS TO FEZ “SUGHD”

On September 17, 2025, entrepreneurs from the Republic of Belarus, Mr. Armen Ch. and Edem K., visited the Administration of FEZ “Sughd” with the purpose of familiarizing themselves with the activities of the zone.

The Head of the Administration of FEZ “Sughd,” Muhammadzo da Muhammad Sultan, warmly welcomed the guests in the conference hall of FEZ “Sughd” and provided them with detailed information about the activities and incentives of the Administration. Afterwards, Ms. Rahimova U., Leading Specialist of the Department of International Relations and Attraction of Foreign Investments, delivered a presentation giving specific information about the operations, privileges, and advantages of FEZ “Sughd.” The guests gained accurate insights into the work, benefits, and incentives of FEZ “Sughd” and expressed their willingness to cooperate in the future.

Later, the guests visited several enterprises operating in FEZ “Sughd,” including: LLC “Asiapolitex,” LLC “KF Fortuna-Ko,” and LLC KM TT “Archa-mebel,” and held discussions with the management of these companies regarding their activities in FEZ “Sughd.” At the end of the visit, both sides exchanged commemorative gifts.

By the Decree of the Chairman of Sughd Region, Honorable Rajab Ahmadzoda, dated August 8, 2025, No. 201, on the occasion of the 34th Anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, Muhammadzoda Muhammad Sultan was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Executive Authority of Sughd Region for his valuable contribution to the development of the economy and active participation in public affairs.

VISIT OF INVESTORS FROM SHANDONG PROVINCE, PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA, TO THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE FEZ SUGHD

On August 25, 2025, representatives of “LTD Shandong Jianlong Plastic Co” from Shandong Province, People’s Republic of China, visited the Administration of the Sughd Free Economic Zone to explore investment opportunities.

The guests were warmly welcomed in the conference hall of the Administration by Mr. Nasirov M.R., Legal Advisor of the Sughd FEZ Administration, and Mr. Halimboyzoda O., Chief Specialist of the Department of International Relations and Investment Promotion, who provided detailed information about the activities, incentives, and advantages of the Sughd FEZ.

At the same time, the entrepreneurs from the People’s Republic of China presented information about their company, which is engaged in the production of plastic products, and noted the favorable conditions for future cooperation and investment in the Sughd FEZ.

Afterwards, the guests visited the operations of the Sughd FEZ resident LLC “Asiapolitex” and observed the construction stages of LLC “River Sughd Farm”.
